I am inserting white auto shapes into power point presentations to cover up
items that I don't want to be seen. They have no outline, but when I print
the page, I can see the outline of the boxes. Is there something I can do to
get these to be invisible?

Click View > Color/Grayscale > Grayscale.
Right click the AutoShape, select Grayscale Setting > Grayscale.
Does it work now?

Hi

Also if you explain what you dont want to be seen there might be a better
way than white cover up shapes.

I've had to do this to cover up the top box in an organisation chart when two
top boxes are required. In order to prevent the white box from printing an
outline I had to print in "colour" on a mono printer!
