Auto Save

How can I activate "auto-save" for Excel. I always
thought that it was a Microsoft Add-in, but I can't seem
to find it. I am running Office/Excel 2003.

Hi Ken!

AutoSave got dropped in Excel 2003

The Autosave.xla file from an earlier version of Excel will work in
Excel 2003.

But perhaps better is Jan Karel Pieterse' AutoSafe addin from:

Norman meant that xl2002 killed autosave.

(But that doesn't help the OP!)

Thanks Dave!

It's difficult to keep track of all of the marvels introduced or deleted
from different versions.

But I'm sure I'll remember when Microsoft introduces blinking fonts.
