Auto Save?

How do i turn off the auto save prompt that pops up every 5 - 10 minutes while in Excel?
 
Try this:

Click File > Save As > Options

Uncheck "Always create backup" > OK

Click Save

while in Excel?
 
Thanks for your help but that wasn't it. I am wondering if there is a Reg Value that i can set to turn this option off completly. Thanks again
 
Try (I'm in xl97) :

Click Tools > Add-Ins > Uncheck "Autosave" > OK

Value that i can set to turn this option off completly. Thanks again
 
Isn't there a "Prompt before Saving" option on the autosave dialog?
