auto response

Can someone please tell me how to set up an auto response
to my emails, I wil be out of town and would like everyone
who sends me an email to know I will out of the office
from this date to that date.
Leaving tomottor need this info ASAP

Out of Office works only if you connect to an Exchange server. Otherwise,
you'll have to spoof it with rules - and this means leaving Outlook open &
connected to the Internet for the duration of your absence. See

Hi Natalie,
1.. On the Tools menu, click Out of Office Assistant.
2.. Click I am currently Out of the Office.
3.. In the AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text box,
type the message you want to send to others while you are out.
4.. Also you can add a Rule or any text you want.
