I will be away on business and would like to know how to add an email
responder to incoming emails when I am away on my windows mail? Thank you.

you create a mail rule to reply with the text file you designate.

not a very good idea as it is really easy to et in a loop of reply to reply to reply.

best to ask your isp if there is some easy way to hold, forward your mail.

Please note that by doing so you may well
be advertising to spammers that your premises
are ripe for burglary.

I believe Microsoft has thoughtfully limited you to one reply per email
address per session.

for the terms of use policy: How about giving us the option?
