What I want to do is tell when a treeview has become large enough to
start showing scroll bars and then make it larger until it no longer
has them.
However there doesn't seem to be any way of detecting whether it has
scroll bars or not (or even what size it would like to be, as it
were).
Anyone had any success with this in the past?
