auto replying to an email by sending a file

I am not sure if this can be done but here is what I want to do.

I have a number of people emailing me for a specific file. I'd like to
instead of replying individually to them, I'd like to set up a auto response
that will reply to them as well as attach the file in question. I thought
maybe I could make a rule that fires on specific words in a subject line. If
they put File in the subject line then I'd like the rule to fire on that
subject line word and send the file to them.

I have looked at the rules build and I know there is a way but I'm not
seeing it. I can reply using a template but I do not know how to build a
template.

I am expecting about 30-50 people to request this file from me. I just
don't want to manually send an email to them when they request the file.

My opinion is that this is best handled by fileserv software or a service
like http://www.xdrive.com/ .
