Hi Noe,

In Outlook Express, Tools > Message Rules > Mail. Set up a rule with "For
all messages" and Reply with message.

Can this be done in Outlook? (Not IE6) ?? Again without being on a server?

Yes. In Outlook Express, Tools > Message Rules > Mail. Set up a rule with
"For
all messages" and Reply with message. (Create the auto reply message
first and save it to a known area before you do this)
