auto reply

Hi,

I am going out of the office for a few weeks and would like to send an
autoreply to all emails coming into my account. I read the response given to
another person with the same query but found it was of no use to me as i am
quite technologically challenged. Could you please explain in laymans terms
what i need to do to set up this facility? I am using windows mail.

Your employer's office uses Windows Mail? That's unusual.
Who is your mail provider? Go to their website and login to webmail.
Look around for options to set up a vacation reply.
