Auto refreshing pages in Explorer 6.0

If there a way yhat I can get Internet Explorer to
automatically refresh pages, say once a minute, or by a
variable parameter?
Sounds a good idea if you want to keep an eye on an
auction.

This can be done at the server level with proper code.

As you are the client then this could possibly be done using a 3rd party
program.
Search the web you may get lucky.
