auto refresh does not work on sites (windows me)

i have latest ie 6 sp1.

In windows me my sites does not auto refresh. ALways i
have to click the link "if not refreshed automatically
click here"

How do i enable this feature.

Really mess things up when validating credit card
payments. It stays on the same page unless i press
refresh button.

what would be the cause.

Tools | Internet Options | Security
Highlight Internet and click Custom Level.
Scroll down to Miscellaneous and enable Allow MetaRefresh.
