Auto Recieve Only

With Outlook 2003, is it possible to set to RECIEVE ONLY every n mins?

I can only see an auto Send/Recieve option - and I'd prefer not to run the
risk of having thing automatically going out of my Outbook without me
hitting the go button. Recieveing automatically, however, would be great.

Press CTRL+ALT+S to quickly get to the Send/Receive Groups dialog box, and
there you can set up some receive-only groups if you wish. Read the Outlook
Help if you need more assistance with this feature.
