Recieve but don't send!

Hi,

I want to recieve messages only when I click on the "Send/Recieve" button,
but Outlook both sends and recieves messages.

How can I disable "send" action in Outlook 2003?

Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive...-> button Edit...->
select account and disable the Send option for that specific account
