Auto Reboot Win 2000 Server

Is there a way or a program to have your Win 2000 Server
auto reboot? I can do this with terminal server using
the ts???.exe command, but I havn't found a way to do
this with a regular server. Thanks!

shutdown.exe from the Resource Kit, or iisreset.exe from an install of IIS
are two options.

I don't have the resource kit. Will the shutdown.exe from
XP Pro work on a Win 2000 Server?
