Auto profile creation

Can anyone point me toward documentation on how to set it up on a
workstation, so that an Outlook profile is automatically created for the
logged on user the first time they open Outlook.
Using an administrative install and the ORK isn't a possibility in this case.
We are not using roaming profiles.

The ORK *is* the right solution. Use the Custom Installation Wizard or
Custom Maintenance Wizard to create a .prf file. The RK docs explain how to
distribute it.

Just to add to what Celery said, you don't need to use an admin install in
order to deploy a .prf file.
