auto preview not showing

I am not able to see the auto preview when I do a custom animation. What
could be wrong?

Is this PPT 2007? Try disabling graphics acceleration. Go to Slide show tab
on the ribbon, click the setup show button, at the bottom uncheck use
hardware acceleration... I have not got 2007 for the moment so I am
describing this from memory. Hope it helps.
