Auto-play runs wrong program

I have an iPhone. Every time I plug it in via my USB port, it fires up Word,
which thinks it's a camera, and asks me what pictures I want to load from my
iPhone.

Possibly at some time in the past XP asked me "do you want to run this
program every time you plug in this device" and I mistakenly answered Yes
instead of No. But now it does not ask me this question at all and I can find
no way to stop Word from starting up every time I plug in the iPhone.

Is there any way to get Windows to stop running Word when I plug in my iPhone?

Thanks.

If you have plugged in the iPhone, have you tried to right click its
entrance in Explorer. If you choose 'Properties' you might be able to change
the default action to be executed when you plug in your iPhone the next time.

Hope this helps.

I can't believe it was as simple as that! I've had this problem for several
months, and tried various solutions. It's hard to imagine that I never
thought of that, but maybe it's true.

In any case, thanks very much for solving this annoying problem.
