I can't seem to find the option to automatically log in a specific user
in XP like I have set up in Win2k. Can someone tell me where to find
that option and why MS has to keep moving that stuff around?

See "How to Configure Windows XP to Automatically Log On a User
Account" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=282866).

Hi Chris,

It's not readily apparent. Click start/run, type "control userpasswords2"
(without the quotes) and click ok. Uncheck the box requiring a username and
password, click apply/ok and follow the prompts to set up a default logon.
