auto loaded programs

what can I do to change the programs that are loaded automaticall
when I load Windows XP? There are five users and all get the sam
programs loaded but some are not applicable for all users. Thank

Take them out of All Users/Startup and place accordingly.

If they are not in the All User/Program Files/Startup folder, you may have
to look in the system Run registry key.
Try using msconfig, and click on the Startup tab and look at what is started
for HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
