I want to be able to auto generate a form letter/email based on data in my
database. We are rolling out a new POS system for our company and I am in
charge of making sure it all goes well. My database has a number of fields
in it, the one in particular is "Install Date" which is the date the POS
system is scheduled to be installed in the store. Based on that date, I
want to send out weekly reminders of things the store owner needs to take
care of. For example, at 10 weeks out they need to have contacted the sales
rep, at 9 weeks out they need to have placed their order, at 8 weeks out
they need to have signed the support contract and ordered their broadband,
etc., etc.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this? Or if it's even
possible?
I'm using Access 2003, Outlook 2003, and Exchange Server 2003.
Thanks!
