how do I set an auto forward for ALL e-mails from my outlook to my gmail at
the time they arrive to my outlook inbox- even when I am offline-
Is it relevant/ a problem, that I have to go on VPN to access my outlook?

How can a program that is offline affect anything that happens on the mail
server? That's like wanting the postal service to forward your mail to
another address without you telling them what address to use. Clearly mail
can't arrive in your Inbox unless you are ONline.

Just to make it clear for me,, if I am offline, the system does nt know
really that I got new mail becuase it is pulling the new e mails just as sign
in ( and send/recieve cmd) so therefor it cannot forward something it did nt
get yet right?.
in this case, i understand that there s no way I can get my outlook e mails
to my gmail without opening the outlook and singing in- what s the point of
this auto forwarding at all then if I already go in there, i can just check
it all there- what I want to find out is how I can get my e mails sent to my
outlook at my gmail acount without even openning the outlook-
any one know if this is possible??

Autoforward it on the server.
