Auto Forward Rule

I have a rule set up to forward emails from certain people
to a pop email address that I can download on my
phone/pda. This works great for the emails received from
people outside my organization but does not forward
messages from those internally. Is this possible? If so,
what could be the problem? (Exchange server 5.0 and
client is outlook 2003-also tried on outlook 2000).

It's probably because Exchange is configured by default not to Auto Forward

Where in Exchange? The only place I see is in AD Users but
I do not want all emails forwarded to this address. Only
specific ones that I specify???

Its in Exchange itself and in Exchange 5.5 it was in Exchange Administrator
in the Internet Mail Service (IMS) on the Internet Mail tab, in your private
email to me you mention ESM which Exchange 2000 so I am a bit confused as to
what version of Exchange you are running

I'm sorry - it's exchange 2000. I had read a previous post
that involved exchange 5.5 & guess I just had that on my mind.

I just found it! Thanks - your info on where to find it in
5.5 helped me enough to find where in 2000.
