Auto forward of email messages in Outlook

Does anyone know how I could set a rule in Outlook that
forwards incoming email messages to another email
address. I have tried to use the rules wizard, but it
does not seem to work. Thanks
 
What happens now with the Rules Wizard now since that's typically what I'd
recommend you use? Are you connected to an Exchange Server?
