I have a website that works fine. when a users goes to our webpage, it does
not give them the option to use hte google auto fill button to fill out forms
on our website....is this a Front page issue???

On the Customer Billing Inquiry page, the Name and Email address are yellow.
On most of the other pages, which are in frames, I can't find the source to
look at it.

That's correct...the one I am most concerned with is the one under cert
requests.....why only a couple show and not all...??

I don't know. I can't find the source for that page. Can you provide a
direct non-framed link to the form?

This is a guess.... I think Google toolbar looks for field names that it
recognizes, like "Name" or "Email" and then it can auto-populate those
fields. If the name you use for your field is obscure then it might not
recognize it.

The field names that I see on the "Customer Billing Inquiry" page are:
"Results from BILLING QUESTIONS Form on Web Site (www.mftinsurance.com)"
"InsuredName"
"InsuredEmail"
etc...

I would try simpler names.
