Auto Exit Error

When I exit Outlook 2002, I'm getting a an Auto Exit Error, Visual Basic
Hidden compile error, anybody know how to get rid of that?

I'm also not getting automatic Send/Receive when I open Outlook, any ideas?

Do you have any addins installed?

On the S/R - is it enabled in tools, send/receive, send/receive settings for
check every xx minutes?
