Auto Dial up

I have two PC's networked via cable. Both running windows
XP. I have a problem I cant resolve. The PC's share a
dial up internet conection usinig MS explorer. The
network runs fine except the Host PC keeps auto dialing
the internet..

Any suggestions ?

In internet Explorer, under Tools > Internet Options > Connections, select
Never Dial the Internet

Steve, I have the same problem....I have unchecked
everything that auto connects to the internet...yet the
base computer still is trying to dial. Did you ever find
out anything?
