Auto deletion of files from mp3 player

Whenever I sync new songs to my player, there is a list of songs ready for
deletion from the player that I do not want. How can I prevent this deletion
so I dont have to keep loading them back on?

prevent this deletion so I dont have to keep loading them back on?

Read the manual for whatever application came with whatever MP3 player you
have that you installed (or it installed and is doing the 'synching') when
you got the device - and/or contact the manufacturers.
