Is there a way to have emails automtically delete after a specified time. We
are sending out daily reports that people may not get to for a few days and
when they do, only the last one or two is relevant. Same goes for
notifications that we may send out. We have auto delete/archive for email
that is older than 60 days, but I am looking for something that the sender
can control, like having this email delete in the recipients mailbox after 2
days.

You want the *sender* to control the recipient's host and their
software. Yeah, right, like anyone wants that. Do you? Would you
like to spend money on your computer and software to have someone ELSE
control it?

Don't remember the name but there is a service that does something
similar to what you want but the *recipient* gets to control whether
or not they even want to participate. The service encrypts your
outbound e-mail and only specific recipients can decrypt it. They can
also control when the recipient sees it, how many times, and for how
long. How? By installing their software (as a plug-in to Outlook) on
the recipient's host. The recipient cannot read your encrypted
e-mails unless they install this software so their choice is: not
bother with your encrypted e-mails because they are unwilling to have
someone else control their host, or they want your e-mails and hope
their trust isn't misplaced since this software behaves identical to
malware.

You never mentioned if the sender and recipient are within the same
company. If so, you might be able to use the rights management
available in the latest versions of Outlook and Exchange but you have
to run a RM server to control who can see which e-mail (so maybe it
also controls how long they can see it).
