Can I copy my Auto correct list from my MS Word2000 on my old XP computer to
my new MS Word2007 Vista computer?

Yes. You'll need to download two templates to help with the job.

On the old computer, download the AutoCorrect.zip file from
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm, unzip it,
and use the template's macro to create the backup document in Word 2000.
Move a copy of that backup document to the new computer.

On the new computer, download the AutoCorrect2007.zip file from
http://jay-freedman.info, unzip it, and use its macro to load the backup
document into Word 2007.

As the first article explains briefly, there is no single AutoCorrect
list -- unformatted entries are stored in .acl files, while formatted ones
are stored in Normal.dot. The backup macros in these two templates will
handle both kinds.
