Auto Copy/Link

Within word I would like to insert text and have this same text automatically
appear in other sections thorughout same document. I.e to save writting the
same thing over and over.... Is this possible? and how? THNX
 
Where do you want this text in the document? If it's always at the top or
always at the bottom of each page, you can use Header/ Footer. Go to View>
Header and Footer. Type the text you want and format it accordingly in the
Header and/ or Footer.

I'd like the same text to appear on various pages, not the header or footer
though...
