Auto configure ICF for network

I manage a small buisness, and we have 30 computers. I
want to use ICF as part of window XP. The problem is
that I do not want to have to configure each port on each
computer for some of the software we use.

Is there any way I could add something to the login
script and deploy the rules to all the computers?

Please save me from working weekends.
