auto complete

i can not turn auto complete or the remember password
function on. i have checked all the boxes on intenet
explorer to enable this and still nothing. any help would
be appreciated

Try the following link to wipe out the index.dat file which may be
corrupted. When you restart the machine and fire up IE, the index.dat file
will be recreated.
