auto complete

Outlook 2002. Sending a new email. I type 3 letters in the "TO" box. A
list of suggested names drops down. How can I permanently delete some of the
names from this list ? They are not stored in my contact list. They are
just names I sent an email to once. If you can respond to
(e-mail address removed), it would be better for me. Thanks

Highlight incorrect ones, using arrow keys the Del btn
PS
Posting a valid email addy is one way to ensure you get spam

Hi - every now and again my outlook autocomplete memory dissapears and
I lose all my email addresses from memory - how can I stop that please?

A new mail profile usually fixes it. You can rename the NK2 file to match
the new profile name.
