I have some users who have reported that their autocomplete when typing names
in the TO box is no longer working. Any suggestions

Usually a new mail profile fixes the problem. They may even be able to
reattach the existing NK2 file to the new profile.

What steps would you suggest to do this? (new profile - attach old
NK2 file)?

Create the new profile, then rename to NK2 file to match the name of the new
profile. Start Outlook. The addresses should appear when yiou begin typing
in a recipient field.

Hi - I am having this exact problem as well. Tried a new profile but
no different. Also noticed that the NK2 file never gets created.
Autocomplete works until you close Outlook (2003) and then when you
start it up again its gone. The setting is correct in options. One
thing though - I am using it without Exchange Server (just my home
email). Any further thoughts?

In addition, check your facts. If autocompletion works at all, then by
definition and NK2 file has been created. It cannot be otherwise.
