Auto complete long and tedious venue names

In Outlook Calendar I routinely set up appointments in several locations,
each of which a has a long name which is tedious to type.

Is there a way that I can type the first few letters and have Outlook
complete the rest? Or assign the name to a macro key?

Or can I do a search and replace to find all entries for my abbreviated
version and change them to the full length one?

All suggestions gratefully received!

Oops. I should have said I'm using OL 2003.

The 10 most recently used locations should be saved. Otherwise, its not
possible to add names to the location field permanently.

O me oh my!

NOW I feel really daft.

I hadn't noticed that the last 10 locations were saved, and could be
accessed through the drop down box (clicking on the diamond to the right of
the location box).

But then again I can't be the only one!
