Auto Complete List for Outlook 2003

Is there a way to copy the auto complete list for Outlook 2003? I'm updating
to a new computer and I want to know if there is a folder or file that I can
copy from one system to the next so I don't loose my email address.

A word of caution. If your autocompletion cache is of value to you, you
should do far more than attempt to transfer an ephemeral and highly
unreliable data source. Create a durable, secure data source for Contacts
you want to keep.
