auto complete form field from other form field

I want to create a form where when I enter information into a specific Text
Field it will automatically put that same information into another Text Field
in the same document.

Everything I have read says to use an ASK field, but I have no idea what
that is, nor how to use it. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated :)
