Auto Complete and Save Password

All of a sudden, 'save password' and 'auto complete'
aren't working on my computer. I've already gone in and
checked my settings, but both are still showing as being
on...

For example, it's not autocompleting my user names like
it used to when I log onto different websites...

And...When I bring up Outlook Express, it asks for the
passwords for each of my e-mail accounts, even though the
passwords are filled out and 'save password' is checked...

Anyone have a clue on why my PC can't remember this stuff
anymore?
