auto checking for newest version of page

I need to set my browser to automatically check for the
newest versions of pages every time I visit a page. I
know this sound simple and I know it is. However, I have
looked through internet option, help index, help search,
etc. and can not find it anywhere, nor do I remember
where this option is located. If someone can tell me how
to perform this simple operation I would greatly
apprecitate it.

tools/internet options/ under the "temporary internet
files" section of the general tab, click "settings"
