Auto-cc emails to Contact sheet

I work for a professional services (accounting) firm, and we normally use
Outlook Contacts to keep detailed notes on all client/lead
calls/emails/letters/etc.

My boss sent this query down recently:
=====================
We use Exchange/Office 2003. SBSSERV via WinServer 2003. Machines are all XP
Pro

Can this be done, and, if so, how? If we need to manually type in the CC to
get it there, that's fine.

Thanks!

All you need to do is have your Exchange Server administrator email enable
the folder you want to use to collect the messages; see
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124684.aspx. Users can then Bcc
(NOTE: not Cc - you don't want the client to see the folder address) those
messages that need to be copied to the folder, using the folder's address
just as you would a person's address.
