Auto Archiving

dear all,

i'm using office XP and an exchange server account
so i want the outlook in so how auto archive by himself
at the end of every month

the the way of archiving is:
to the the mails in this month only and put it automatically in a folder
named 2006 in a place that i define

is this possible or not?

note:some told me he did it

if it is possible can you please tell me the way to do that

Go to Tools, options, other, auto archive..... schedule it as you wish.

Create the archive folder wherever you wish on your local hard drive and
name it appropriately.
