If Outlook 03 has a 20 gig maximum storage and one knows one will never
reach that size, what's the point of using Auto Archive?

Thanks,

M

there is no point to it, it's just a holdover from the days when computers
only had dual floppy drives.

Just as an organizational aid. Systems analysis shows that people find it
difficult to keep proper track of large amounts of data. Archiving can help
keep the data organized so that only important, recent data is active and that
less important, older data is kept available but out of the way.

Thanks, I'm turning it off now as I have no organizational problems.
