Outlook full

When I try to move an e-mail or send an e-mail I am getting an error stating
that Outlook has reached it's maximum size. I have deleted many e-mails but
I keep many for business historical purposes. I have emptied the deleted
items folders. Do I need to Auto Archive? If so, can I archive by folder
instead of by date or item size?

Yes, you will need to archive. You can either use autoarchive and archive by
date or create a new pst and move items to it yourself (you can drag a
folder and its contents to the new pst).

Also - what version of Outlook? If 2003, you should create a new Unicode
pst - it doesn't have size limitations like the older format pst does.
