AUTO ADVANCE - DAYLIGHT SAVING

None of our several Dell 600 advanced the clock for
daylight saving although it is enabled on all. I do not
wish to give the users the ability to change date or
time. I need to send a one time registry or else
executable to advance the clock by 1 hour. What else can
I do to force the enabled " automatically adjust
clock .. " to work?
 
Chances are that all your client machines synchronize their clocks with your
domain controller. Have you checked the time on your DC?
