Auto addressing in "Word 2003"

I have just started with XP on my new machine and am
trying to use the auto address in the "envelope & labels"
in Word. Each time I try I am getting the following
message "LOGON FAILED. YOU MUST GO ON TO MICROSOFT
EXCHANGE TO ACCESS YOUR ADDRESS BOOK. ERROR
CODE"UNSPECIFIC ERROR""
I am using the Works address book and can not find any
help from the "HELP Section"

Any ideas would be most appreciated to overcome this.

Word 2003 has not be released yet!

Maybe your problem is with XP(2002)?
