How do I add to selected incoming e-mail addresses and also add to my
contacts once enterd, selected out going e-mail.

I also have 2 printer icons on my tool bar. How can I remove one and put
something else like spell check in its place?

I'm using Outlook 2002

Open the msg, highlight/select the address, rt click for sub menu

I dont use 2002, but I would imagine on the main menu there is a Toolbar
option, which allows you to select both the view and customise

PS I assume your other mail problems have been resolved?

Hello DL,

Thanks for the reply I'll get onto your suggestions pronto.

No the other problems have not been sorted. When wanting to use Wrd 2002 as
my e-mail editor I still get.

"This form needs Word etc, but word is busy or can't be found....etc...os
you must use the outlook editor...etc"

Using Word as the e-mail editor was som much nicer, and I found easier.
I was thinking of uninstall Office 2003 that came preinstalled but not
activated on my new PC. I guess I'm using XP pro and the Word, Excel,Outlook
and Access that came preinstalled and actived on the new computer.

I'd welcome any ideas that could get me back to being able to use Word as
the e-mail editor. As said before Word & Outlook as pre loaded with XP proff
are both 2002.

I have tried to reply from this sire but I'm not sue if it gets through.

Most addresses used on this site/newsgroup are spoofed. This is done to
prevent spam
I notice yours is'nt spoofed, and as a result it will have been harvested
and you will be inundated with spam, and as such you wouldnt want to auto
add entries to your contacts.

Untill you sort out your initial problems, ie uninstall the Office 2003
trial, you are pretty much wasting your time.
The idea being you sort out the main problem then move onto the next. - its
a logical sort of thing.
