auto add addresses

When I reply to a sender, Outlook 2000 does not
automatically add it to my contacts.
I have set the option up in email options but contacts is
greyed out.
 
Post your mail support mode. Line 2 of Help | About if you don't know.

internet mail
 
Then this option is installed and active by default.
Run Detect and Repair.
Post the configuration changes you made to your installation that disabled
the feature.
