Authorization Manager API support for XPe?

I've been asked if the Authorization Manager API is support on XPe. Can
anyone tell me if it is? I can't find any reference to it.

Mark,

I never used this so I can't say for sure, but it looks to me like this is
Server OS feature only. Although there are few non XP Pro things in XPe but
if this is one of them I can't tell.
