Author and Editor Printing

Hi folks,

I have a room booking calendar with various secretaries and PA's having
Author or Editor rights. Bizarrely though they cannot print the calendar.
Any idea why?

Have them go into the print setup and turn off the option for printing the TaskPad with the calendar.

It says they do not have authority for the task. :-(

Aha! That makes sense. Mind you what I don't quite understand is that
when I give calendar permissions it seems to give similar permissions to all
the Outlook folders. they go file - open - other persons folder- and can
see the lot.

Opening and editing are completely different things. Being able to open a
folder does not convey any privileges to that folder. Permissions to
interact with the folder must be given as well.
