authenticity numbers

I have registered my Certificate of Authencity numbers provided by Toshiba
with the purchase of my computor twice now. But somehow I am locked out of
using Microsoft Word or Office again for the secound time only this time It
won't accept my numbers. Why? I have bought and paid for the program once
already. Never experienced this with Windows 95 or Windows ME on my older
computor systems. Never had to register or buy the product but once when
computors were purchased.

Is this a full version of Word, or a trial version, as supplied with many
PCs, and now expired?

Microsoft Office was a trial version as I find out now,but it doesn't say the
same for Microsoft Word which is the program I use the most.

If your version of Word is the one from Office then it too is a trial. If
you have a separate legitimate version you will have to uninstall the trial
version before installing the full version.
